The word “Intero” translates to “whole” or “complete” in Italian.
Intero offers a contemporary Italian inspired menu bringing concise and dynamically driven dishes highlighting the changing seasons. We wholeheartedly embrace the idea of "waste not, want not" by utilizing locally raised animals and farmed whole produce. With sustainability as our passion and focus, the warmth of reclaimed materials can be noted throughout our interior design and build.
The fact that the whole–plant, animal, or material–will be fully utilized ensures that Intero will be sustainable and of the highest quality we can achieve.
We will feature a prominent artisan chocolate counter offering a variety of truffles, barks and sipping chocolates in classic and Italian flavors to be enjoyed with our locally roasted coffee program. We also offer a curated wine list and an engaging yet approachable cocktail selection.
We hope to bring all this together to provide a genuine, familiar and inviting dining experience, showcasing our talents for your enjoyment.

His experience, talent, and passion lead him to develop Intero’s concept and approach in whole animal butchery and whole produce usage in his dishes. Ian’s appreciation and understanding of ingredients shines through in his cuisine.
